William R. Hannemann, Chief Executive Officer

William R. Hanneman

William brings over 40 years of business, project management, and contracting experience in light and heavy residential and commercial construction. He has managed projects on construction sites throughout New Jersey, New York City, Virginia, Dallas, Chicago, and Florida. William is a former member of the United States Senatorial Business Advisory Board under President Reagan. He is a Certified Project Manager and Construction Inspector as well as a Certified Construction Consultant. A graduate of Monmouth University, William also received his Masters in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. William is a certified PADI Open Water Diver, Licensed Boating Owner and Operator, and lifelong New Jersey resident. An active member of his community, William is the recipient of the Distinguished Services Award from Habitat for Humanity. He currently resides in Ocean County with his family.

Bill serves as Chairman of the Board for Aqualete Industries, LLC. He brings more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing, sales, and securities industries. For the last 13 years, he has served as President of Monmouth Capital Corp., an investment firm that specializes in corporate mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of New York University’s School of Commerce, Bill has remained active in the higher education community. Over the last 25 years, he founded and helped execute a Mentorship Program at Columbia University and a Russian Jewish Immigrant Program at The Hineni Heritage Center in New York. A Life Trustee of Monmouth University, each year The William Roberts Charitable Foundation recognizes devoted high school teachers who have made a difference in the lives of their former students with the Outstanding Teaching Award. Bill lives in New York with his wife.

Albert joins Aqualete Industries following a distinguished career in the financial real estate and acquisitions industries. His background reflects more than 30 years of experience with accomplishments in the areas of investor relations, consulting, and strategic planning. As President and Founder of AMC Capital, he provided representation and comprehensive consulting services to small and mid-sized public and private corporations, developed and implemented short and long-term strategies to maximize revenue, and increase shareholders’ value. Albert lives in Monmouth County with his wife and children.

Elizabeth M. Waterbury, P.E., P.P., C.M.E. E.M. Waterbury & Associates

Elizabeth Waterbury is the founder and President of E.M. Waterbury & Associates, P.A. A graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Civil Engineering with a major in Construction Management, she began her carrier as a field inspector before moving on to transportation design and eventually to Land Use. Her main focus for the past 25 years relates to all aspects of Land Use and Land Use Development and her experience as a design engineer, municipal engineer, and Board Chair of her community’s Planning and Zoning Boards enhances her knowledge. She is known as an engineer that thinks out of the box to solve challenges that arise. An Adjunct Professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology and Monmouth University, she has mentored tomorrow’s engineers for more than 15 years. Elizabeth is a 25 year member of The Professional Woman Network and PWN Board of Advisors appointee for more than 15 years. She is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County and avid fisher.

Qizhong (George) Guo, Ph.D., P.E., D.WRE Rutgers University School of Engineering Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering

Dr. Qizhong Guo is a tenured Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rutgers University and serves as Director of the Rutgers Hydroinformatics Laboratory. He received his B.E. degree from Tianjin University, China in 1982 and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from St. Anthony Falls Hydraulic Laboratory at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis in 1987 and 1991, respectively. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering. His primary professional interests are in hydraulics, urban storm water management, and watershed and water quality modeling. He has published over sixty journal papers, conference proceedings, and project reports. He has also directed and co-directed over one hundred post-doctoral, doctoral, Masters, and undergraduate students in their research. Dr. Guo is a licensed civil engineer and a diplomate of the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers.
